Motoring Offences

Many motoring offences will not be granted legal aid rates. We offer Agreed fees for our services in these circumstances. As such you will know at the outset how much the case will cost and will have the peace of mind of knowing that this will not change.

Charges

Our standard fees for matters at Milton Keynes Magistrates court are;

​

• Guilty Plea £600             (this includes VAT of £100)

• Trial            £900             (this includes VAT of £150)
